There are a number of things I did to dramatically reduce mine. You have to attack it inside and out. Cellulite is caused by weak connective tissue breaking up and stored body fat (even thin folks have and need some fat) pushing through to create that moddled look.
Here’s what I did
1 - 64oz plus water a day. Dehydration is one key and stored toxins is another. Water kills both with one stone.
2 - strengthen connective tissue with MSM and Hyalauronic Acid. These are supplements naturally occuring in the body that help to promote and strengthen all connective tissue. Good for your joints too!
3 - Massage with a cellulite soap. I like bliss seaweed cellulite soap. You can find it online easily.
4 - Apply a cellulite lotion. I have been using nivea or fat girl slim depending on how much money I have at the time. After a month you will see a noticeable difference. Take a before picture so you can compare.

French advice

3J, please don’t despair. One can have cellulite right after puberty so you’re not the only one with this problem. The first thing you have to do is to completely change your mindset. Don’t make this cellulite problem a bigger deal than what it is, no matter how horrible you think it looks. Why, you may ask? Well simply because stress can make your cellulite worse.
Stress depletes nutrients and energy in one’s body thereby slowing down one’s immune system and results in the build up of more toxins. Our lymphatic drainage is our waste removal system. When the lymph system gets “clogged”, it carries more toxins than the body can handle. Both toxins and fat deposits get trapped in the subcutaneous tissue, just beneath our skin. This “orange peel” or “cottage cheese” appearance from that lumpy fat and toxin combination is what we refer to as cellulite.
I live in France where almost all cellulite reducing technologies evolved (to name a few: Mesotherapy, Endermologie, Ionithermie Detox and Lipomassage by Endermologie). However, since you are still very young, I suggest a natural approach in treating your cellulite problem as follows:
1. First, change your mindset and reduce stress (discussed above)
Suggestions to de-stress: yoga, massage, aromatherapy.
2. Drink a lot of water to continually flush out toxins.
3. Do the following daily routine:
a. With a natural bristle brush, do long stroke movements for 5 minutes on your body, especially on the problematic areas. This will stimulate your lymphatic system and help remove toxins from your body.
b. Afterwards, perform self-massage techniques in circular motions a few minutes each day to supply you with nutrients to your skin and at the same time, break down unnecessary fat and toxins.
c. Use cellulite cream and oil during your massage. Stay away from products with chemicals. Read ingredient labels and choose products with natural ingredients such as guarana, shea butter, olive oil, green tea, horse chestnut, gotu kola and certain extracts (ex: cocoa, arnica, fennel seed, etc.)
It is important to note that exercise and diet target deep layers of fat in our bodies, not really the trapped fat and toxins underneath one’s skin that causes cellulite. Still, to tackle your cellulite problem, one must live a healthy lifestyle.
4. Exercise and stay fit. Highly recommended by experts are daily cardiovascular exercises that shed fat and build muscle: jogging, walking, cycling, swimming or simply going up and down the stairs.
5. Diet - Eat healthy, balanced meals and snacks with a lot of fruits and vegetables. Seek out food high in fiber, low in saturated fat, good sources of protein such as lean meat with essential fatty acids. These healthy types of food detoxify the body. They also improve one’s skin and eventually, reduce the appearance of cellulite.
You said you are not fat and that you eat right. Remember though that our lymphatic system can be bogged down by among others: cigarettes, alcohol, heavily processed food, excess fat and refined sugar. Try to keep away from these.
One last word of advice: You’re still young. Don’t deprive yourself of necessary nutrients that will make you grow into a lovely, young and healthy lady. Good luck!
