I peripheral neuropathy feet don’t he diabetes. Neurologist doesn’t it. 5’4 130lbs. muscular upper body flabby cellulite riddled lower body, me specifically hamstrings. fat lower body wh circulation & vascular ps le neuropathy?

Yes. You might try endermologie to improve the circulation and appearance of cellulite. Regular Massage would help both problems too. Inversions such as legs up the wall a Yoga therapy. Viparini Karni is what this pose is called. Look it at Yoga Journal.com
