I’ve been on the natural form of it for years and it makes me feel great. I especially like cheap Pinot Noir.
All kidding aside, I just sent some to my father-in-law and he’s going to try it for the first time. The formula contains the following:
Resveratrol …200mg
(polygonum cuspidatum) extract (root)
(standardized to contain 20% trans resveratrol) (40 mg)
The dose is 1 a day.
I’m just as curious as you about the effects. I expect it will have a strong placebo effect in the short-term (making him feel more energized) and in the long-term it will act as a cardioprotective as intended.
As with just about every supplement I don’t recommend this to be used as a monotherapy. A holistic approach deals with stimulating health from all angles, but you already know this.
Good luck!
P.S. Make a profile, Tink :o)
