Do squats,put your feet apart standing up about the width of your shoulders,the squat down and lift up with butt and legs you can move your feet out more too once you get used to it.
Also lay on your side and prop self up on elbow keeping leg straight lift it up and down like your legs are scissors.
This may sound weird but massage your buns!:P it helps with circulation,also try to eat more greens and veggies don’t drink cold cold water,but drink cool or room temp.:) good luck!

Squats, leg raises and lunges all help to combat cellulite, but the best method is:
Cellulite massage
Dry body brushing
Leg exercises
Drink plenty of water
