If you are really looking to lose weight, Acai probably isn’t enough just by itself.
It’s a very healthy food, high in vitamins and anti-oxidants, but those won’t really result in weight loss.
I suggest doing what this mom did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program.

The acai berry itself doesnt help you lose weight. It does however help speed up the metabolism which will help you burn fat. There are alot of Acai Berry based products out there in the market place. Some of the Acai Berry based products like acai burn are designed to help you lose weight. You will need to also look at your diet and how much you exercise. The more you put in with exercise and diet the more it can help you.

Despite being a weight loss treatment, I’m not sure how the acai berry works but here’s the rundown:

Don’t believe everything you see on TV. There is no scientific data proving that acai berries help in weight loss and they are not the richest source of anti-oxidants either.
Any kind of fruits which contain vitamins A, C and E will help you get anti-oxidants as these are the anti-oxidant vitamins.
The best way to lose weight is a healthy diet and exercise. You have to try and burn more calories than you eat. This doesn’t mean you restrict your diet but modify it so that you have a balanced meal. Don’t eat atleast before you sleep. If you feel hungry drink water, eat nuts like almonds and get atleast an hour of exercise everyday.
Also, be very careful where you get your diet pills and such as there have been many scams related to acai berry diet pills where they charge you 100s of dollars repeatedly.http://www.cspinet.org/new/200903231.htm…

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

it has amino acids and omega fatty acids that are real good for your heart and digestive system…make sure you get the real deal acai which can cost you money…but if you have 2 have a work out plan and incorporate it correctly you will loose weight and control your metabolism…and personally it makes you more potent in the sack =0) real talk!

ive been using it for a couple weeks now and nothing has really changed, so i’m thinking maybe its one of those things that is in your head, like if you rally believe that it will stop you from being hungry than it will work
