dude if u want to get great results u should follow the nutrition plan but if u can follow it then do what u said it will still work out for u……. i went from 210 lbs to 180 lbs….no fat everything was replaced by muscle but i followed the nutrition plan though…

Hey, did you follow the exact Nutrition plan or did you just eat lots of protein / ate healthy. Because I don’t have the time to cook everything that is listed, and I was wondering if I could just eat stuff with lots of protein, and little calories like Chicken Breast, Fish, etc. You look awesome btw.

Great work man. THis is too all those out there that are overweight…. I started at 330lbs couldn’t do a push up, couldn’t do a pull up. But after doing the modified moves for awhile and getting into the gym as well ….it’s now day 38 and I’m finding everything easier to do and I’m down to 305. Keep up the hard work and as long as you keep doing it and keep pushing yourself to the “x” treme you’ll see the results you want and once you do you’ll keep pushing for it.

Well you really should take the “fit test” for P90x before hand and make sure to “pass” it before doing P90x. You can be lower than required on like pullups, but you really want to be passing on everything else. If you are not, i would highly recommend starting out with P90 first. That said, you can still do P90x and push yourself by altering moves as they show you on the videos. Get bands for your pull ups.

keep pushing yourself and take breaks when you need to. you can always pause and catch your breath.

Is it really normal that your struggling in 1st or 2nd week?
and In what week im gona notice that im getting stronger..?
I can do only 3 push ups and 0 pull ups in my 1st day..
tomorrow its my 2nd week..
and ill see for myself if i can do more than 3 push ups..
what supplements are u taking man?

Great improvement. You have made great results.
I don’t want to insult you, but you might want to look at some bodybuilding poses, it will make your video’s even better because now they look a bit weird

You just have to do the best you can and eventually as you progress through the program you will find your strength inceasing as well as your stamina. The important thing is to not quit!! Decide, Commit, Succeed!

Make sure to do the cool downs after each workout. They really help in getting the muscles loose. And dont worry if its sore the first week. I couldnt play football for a year because of a ski accident, and when i went back to lifting this summer, i couldnt bend my arms for 4 days. I thought it would never end. Just keep with the program for a couple weeks and itll eventually start to feel better and better. Good luck!

Hello! Ive just bought P90x last week..
And i start doing it after i bought it..
My problem is i cant finish the workout cuz i found it too extreme.. My body is so sore..
i dont know how to continue this..
by the way im at my 4th day..

For 180 days, in my opinion, these are poor results.
Compared to some people who’ve only done 90 days, I think the progress made here isn’t as good as you see in the others.
I said I meant no offence. I asked him a genuine question in an attempt to learn from the experiences and any mistakes he may have had, but you’re obviously too stupid to comprehend this.
