I’ve been taking acai supplements for several months now, but I remember it took a few weeks before I really started to feel the effects.
If you’ve just started taking them, try giving it a few weeks - I know a lot of people quit after a week or a few days.

I recently dropped a lot of weight. Now I have “cottage cheese” legs (at the top). Some of it comes from the weight loss but I have a feeling that some of it comes with age, too. Any ideas of how I can rid myself of this embarrassing flaw?
