Yes, you will.

The Obama campaign started in on McCain’s Keating Five connection today.

More to come.

The true patriot is an informed voter.

Since when hasn’t the Obama campaign done any mudslinging?

1. We don’t need to. The more mud they sling the further ahead Obama gets. Even if some of what they are saying turned out to be true, Republicans are paying the price for thier disgraceful behavior in 2004. A wholly negative and dishonest campaign against Kerry has left the nation wary of thier tactics.
2. We are still above that.

It is not mud slinging when you defend yourself with the truth about the other candidate!

He has FAR more dirt that that..McCain’s top fundraiser and consigliere, Tom Loeffler, has received approximately $15 million from the government of Saudi Arabia since 2003, including $3.5 million since he started working for McCain. His firm, the Loeffler Group, has helped the Saudis arrange meetings with administration and congressional officials which, in this writer’s experience, involve the Saudis lying their faces off and trying to convince people that their citizens are no longer the world’s top financiers of Sunni terror groups and the Taliban. They are, of course, and Loeffler has made a fortune helping the Saudi government deflate pressure on them to do more about it. Imagine how much he could make squiring Saudi lies around the West Wing if McCain wins the presidency.
And shady, radical friends:
RICHARD QUINN. McCain payed $20,000 a month to this political consultant, a neo-Confederate, who was one of the leaders of the state’s pro-flag faction. Editor in chief of Southern Partisan, a magazine that published apologias for slavery and sold paraphernalia celebrating the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. McCain describes Quinn as a man of integrity who wasn’t responsible for what appeared in his own magazine.

There are dozens more where these came from. But, that isn’t the point….the economy is the point, and MOST people want to discuss the economy.

Independent voters traditionally do not like negative campaigns. If Obama wants to earn more votes the best thing he can do is let McCain tie his own rope and hang himself. This appears to be his plan and it is working very well, just look at the polls.

I think that the republican party does a pretty good job of making itself look bad..

Simply because Obama and Biden have class and the intellect which McCain and Palin lack.

There is an ad about Keating and McCain. However, the Dems prefer to talk about issues. Voters react negatively to mud slinging. It will cost the Repubs dearly.

Yeah, it was real classy to run ads suggesting McCain might die and showing the skin cancer photos.

I think they are searching for an interview from when McCain was running for the republican domination against today’s President Bush. Where McCain says that the only reason anyone would sling mud against an opponent is if they have no plan for the Future.
Imagine in any close state. McCain saying that, his very own words coming back to bit him in the ass 8 plus years later.

The major difference is that when McCain said that all those years ago the economy is not in the crapper like it is today. Where undecided want to know what the plan is for the future.

Yeah, I’d like to hear more about TROOPERGATE too! How’s that going anyhow? How come all of Scary’s conspirators won’t show up for their subpoenas? Does this mean everybody else can ignore subpoenas too? Smells like a lipstick pig to me.

Obama/Biden 08!..
